TORS Visitorswere Messrs. J.Anderson, HenryKeller,Morong,TedRickenbacher,EdwardSmith,JamesRazor, PaulGregory,DickKnowlton,andRatliff. REPORT ACQUISITIONWATER SYSTEM PaulGregorypresentedeachcouncil memberwithacopyoftheengineeringreportfortheCityofEuless cover ingpreliminaryconsiderationsforacquisitionMunicipal Service ofTexas,WaterandSewerageProperties.Gregory read aportionthe with reporttothecouncilmembersdetailedexplanationsconcerningsome phasesofthe project. Hethathewasdesirouscommentsand (CouncilmanOwensleftthemeetingat quest ions concerningthereport. Councilman Warren receivedandemergencycallandleftthemeet ingat HenryKeller,fiscalagent,present edaPreliminary Financial Analysis ontheProposedWaterandSewerSystem whichheandMorong,representativeofEppler,GuerinandTurner,had preparedthepurposesettingoutfinancialfactspertainingtothe proposedpurchasethewaterandsewersystem. Membersofthecouncildiscussedthe reportssubmittedbyMessrs.GregoryandKeller,andafterconsiderable questionsandanswers,wasagreedthatGregoryshouldpursuehis effortsofnegotiationwithWisenbakerfortheproposedpurchasethe waterandsewersystemandreporttothecouncil.
