CENTERDRAWINGS DonaldJarvis,Architect,readalet teroftransmittalpresentingdesignsketchestheproposedEulessCivic Center.JarvisexplainedthattheEulessCivicCenterisdesignedto havethreeprimary characteristics.,. Flexible,FunctionalandBeautiful. CouncilmanByersstatedthat thehousesandlotsinquestionhavechangedhandsmanytimesandthat,by waiting,theCitycould,probably,purchasethemwithoutborrowingthe money. Pasteur,representingtheCity intheoptions,statedthatthese people arenotanxioustoselltheirhomes andtheydonotconsidertheyareaskingtoomuchforthem.
