Board of Aldermen
February 13, 1954
The Board of Aldermen of the Village of
Euless met in special called session on February 13,1954. This meeting was
held in the home of Mayor Umphress for the purpose of making proper arrangements
for the election of a Mayor, Marshall, and Aldermen for the Village of Euless,
by the electorate of said Village.
Those present were Mayor Umphress, Marshall
E . V. Anderson, and the f o l l o w i n g Aldermen: M. L . Anders, A. E . T i l l e r y ,
Ernest Millican, Jr., and J. S. Anderson.
On motion by M. L. Anders and second by J.
S. Anderson, Resolution No. 3 was unanimously adopted. This resolution
formally and legally provides for the above mentioned election. (Copy of
Resolution No. 3 on file in Office of City Secretary.)
The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
