Chairman Mike McGehee called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES: The Chairman asked for a motion to be made to accept the minutes of
May 3, 2012. Marcia Brown made the motion to accept the minutes and Allan Gibbs seconded the motion.
WELCOME VISITORS: Chairman Mike McGehee welcomed the guests to the meeting.
REPORT FROM THE LIBRARY ADMINISTRATOR:
Sherry Knight presented the monthly stats.
Sherry Knight explained how to sign up for the Adult Summer Reading Program.
E-Flat Porch Band is the next Masterworks Program on July 9th at 7pm.
We are expecting four tiles for the ELF Tile project. The artist has reported that she is working on tiles
representing: The Police Department, Tennessee Dairies, Mrs. Trigg's Wagon Train and Bear Creek Cemetery.
The color printer for the public has been installed and is now available. We did not have any negative
comments on the $1.00 per page charge.

ADJOURNMENT:
The Chairman asked for a motion to adjourn. The motion was made by Allan Gibbs and seconded by Marcia
Brown. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50pm
