EULESS ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY BOARD
June 17, 2020
ITEM 1 — CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Euless Animal Shelter Advisory Board was called to order by
Director of Public Works and Engineering Hal Cranor at 11:42 A.M. via Zoom video
conference call.
The following members were in attendance:
City Council Member Eddie Price
Director of Public Works and Engineering Hal Cranor
City of Bedford Animal Control Officer Krissa Blundell
Staff Members Present:
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker
Assistant Director of Public Works James Whitt
Facilities Foreman Kenny Spargur
Animal Control Officer Jodan Shelton
Administrative Secretary Debbie Latour
ITEM 2 — REVIEW & APPROVE MEETING MINUTES FROM SEPTEMBER 12, 2018
Director Cranor asked if there were any comments or questions regarding the minutes of
October 16, 2019. With no questions or comments, the minutes were accepted as written.
ITEM 3 — UPDATE ON GAP
Still sending volunteers to the shelter to exercise dogs and take them out to the dog park.
ITEM 4 — QUARTERLY REPORT
Composite of quarterly calls for service were distributed along with case statistics per
species. Director Cranor asked if there were any questions or comments pertaining to the
distributed reports. No questions or comments were indicated.
ITEM 5 — SHELTER / FACILITY UPDATE
ACO Shelton reported the following:
• 6' chain link fence has been installed around the perimeter of the dog park.
• New lights have been installed in the dog runs.

Director Cranor asked if there were any further questions or comments pertaining to the
meeting. No questions were indicated.
