CALL: TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order in the
Council Chambers of Euless City Hall by Mayor W. G. Fuller, at 8 :12 P.M., with
the following Councilmen present: Councilmen Bi 11 Byers, Bobby R. Fuller, Don R.
Warren, Harold Samuels and Frank Douglass.
Also present were City Manager C. J.
Griggs, City Attorney James Cribbs and City Secretary Vada Ferris.
PUBLIC HEARING:
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORIES
Mayor Fuller opened the Public Hearing on
the annexing of certain territories as described in field notes prepared by the
City Attorney.
There were no_ opponents or proponents;
therefore, Mayor Fuller declared the Public Hearing closed.
FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO, 314

City Secretary Vada Ferris presented
First Reading of Ordinance No. 314.

Councilman Byers made the motion to ap-
prove First Reading of Ordinance No, 315, as presented. Councilman Douglass
seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:

Nays: None
Mayor Fuller declared the motion carried.

Mayor Fuller declared the motion carried.

Mayor Fuller declared the motion carried.
VI.
DISCUSSION OF PENDING LAW SUIT
WITH PROPERTY OWNERS DESIRING TO
DE -ANNEX
City Attorney James Cribbs reported to
the Council that he has an appointment with Mr. Shirley Peters, Attorney for
the Minters Chapel- Pleasant Glade Property Owners Association, at which time
M r . Peters is t o alledgedly s e t t l e the law s u i t . M r . Cribbs stated that he w i l l
keep the City informed on this matter.
