ITEM NO. 1 CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Mary
Lib Saleh at 6:08 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, 2012, in the Precouncil Room in City Hall,
201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh,
Mayor Pro Tern Donna Mickan, Council Members Tim Stinneford, Leon Hogg, Linda
Martin, Glenn Porterfield, and Perry Bynum.
Others present included:
City Manager Gary McKamie
Deputy City Manager Loretta Getchell
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker
City Secretary Kim Sutter
Police Chief Mike Brown
Director of Planning and Economic Development Mike Collins
Director of Parks and Community Services Ray McDonald

Director of Public Works and Engineering Ron Young
Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman

ITEM NO. 2 ACCEPTED THE FISCAL YEAR 2012 -2013 CRIME CONTROL
AND PREVENTION DISTRICT BUDGET
Mayor Saleh advised that the Crime Control and Prevention District Board Board met
earlier for the purpose of holding a public hearing and approving their Fiscal Year
2012 -2013 budget.
Council Member Glenn Porterfield motioned to accept the Fiscal Year 2012 -2012 Crime
Control and Prevention District Budget
Council Member Martin seconded the motion.

Ayes: Mayor Saleh, Mayor Pro Tem Mickan, Council Members Stinneford, Hogg
Martin, Porterfield, and Bynum
Nays: None
Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 3 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
