The Board of Aldermen of the Village of
Euless met in special called session August 23, 1954. Present were Mayor
Umphress and Alderment T i l l e r y , Milli can, Fuller, and Anderson.
The purpose of the meeting was to explore
the water situation in Bell Ranch Terrace Addition in an effort to find a
solution to the problem of getting water into the addition in compliance
with the franchise now in force in the Village. Since this problem involves
the developer of the addition and the water company, as well as the Village,
Mr. T. H. Parham, along with his attorney, Mr. L. F. Hall, and Mr. 0. C.
Dobkins, representing Mr. Wisenbaker, met with the Board.
Since financing the project concerns only
the developer and Mr. Wisenbaker, no definite action could be taken; however,
Mr. Parham indicated his intentions of getting with Mr. Wisenbaker in the
near future in an effort to arrance a.contract suitable to all concerned.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
