WARREN and C. J. GR I GGS (MRS.) VADA FERRIS MAYOR COUNCILMEN City Manager City Secretary also being present; and with the following absent: None constituting a quorum; and among other proceedings had were the following: i The presiding officer introduced the following resolution and order: "A RESOLUTION AND ORDER by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, calling a bond election to be held within said City, making provision for the conduct of the election and other provisions incident and related to the purpose of this resolution and order," The resolution and order was read in fu I I. Councilman Shull moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Douglass The motion, carrying with it the adoption of the resolution and order, prevailed by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Wilcox, Copher, Shull, Douglass and Warren NAYS: None The presiding officer announced that the resolution and order had been passed and adopted. MINUTES APPROVED, this the 24th day of December, 1969. Mayor, City of Euless, Texas ATTEST: City Secretary, City of Euless, Texas ON THIS, the 24th day of December, 1969, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, convened in special session at the regular meeting place thereof in the City Hall, the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the date, place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Article 6252 -17, Section 3A, V.A.T.C.S., there being present and in attendance the following members, to -wit: ALBERT C. KRAUSE J. DWAYNE WILCOX HAROLD COPHER DAN L. SHULL FRANK DOUGLASS DON R. WARREN and C. J. GR I GGS (MRS.)
