EULESS ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY BOARD
September 16, 2020
ITEM 1 — CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Euless Animal Shelter Advisory Board was called to order by
Director of Public Works and Engineering Hal Cranor at 11:31 A.M. via Zoom video
conference call.
The following members were in attendance:
City Council Member Eddie Price
Director of Public Works and Engineering Hal Cranor
Dr. Susan Read
Staff Members Present:
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker
Animal Control Supervisor Larry Atkinson
Administrative Secretary Debbie Latour
ITEM 2 — REVIEW & APPROVE MEETING MINUTES FROM SEPTEMBER 12, 2018
Director Cranor asked if there were any comments or questions regarding the minutes of
June 17, 2020. With no questions or comments, the minutes were accepted as written.
ITEM 3 — UPDATE ON GAP
No events have been scheduled due to COVID-19. They will be participating in North
Texas Giving Day on September 17th in order to raise money for animal care.
ITEM 4—QUARTERLY REPORT
Composite of quarterly calls for service were distributed along with case statistics per
species. Director Cranor asked if there were any questions or comments pertaining to the
distributed reports. No questions or comments were indicated.
ITEM 5 — SHELTER / FACILITY UPDATE
ACO Supervisor Atkinson reported the following:
• Brett Byers has recertified as an ACO.

Director Cranor asked if there were any further questions or comments pertaining to the
meeting. No questions were indicated.
