Staff members present, in addition to Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman, included City Manager Gary McKamie, Deputy City Manager Loretta Getcheil, Assistant City Manager Chris Barter City Secretary Kim Sutter, Police Chief Mike Brown, Director of Planning and Economic Development Mike Collins, Public Works and Engineering Director Ron Young, Parks and Community Services Director Ray McDonald, Fire Chief Wes Rhodes, Director of Finance Vicki Rodriquez, Fire Marshal Paul Smith, Communications/Marketing Manager Betsy Deck, Police Captains Gary Landers and Steve Eskew, Police Sergeant Eric Starnes, Police Lieutenant Joe Kraft, Senior Police Officer Chris White, Information Services Administrator Dan McLain, Texas Star General Manager Glenda Hartsell- Shelton, Code Inspectors Rene Rodriquez, James Patterson, Fred Struck, Goose Wall, and Brian McGarry. Faye Stinneford Jeremy Thompkins Ron Tipton Lisa WazI Tommy Williamson Warren Wilson Anna Lou Webb City Manager Gary McKamie introduced Robert Hinkle, Corporate Affairs Director, North Tarrant Express project. Mr. Hinkle presented an update related to the progress of the North Tarrant Express project, including utility relocation, progress along the corridor and the construction timeline. He further advised that updates, including traffic related updates, are posted on the website at www.northtarrantexpress.com. Mr. Hinkle and Lisa WazI, Texas Department of Transportation, Public Information Officer, addressed questions from the audience related to the project, including speed, lane d c f Ca-NH Mesaau1g Ciflimg as January 24, 2013 PE2ge 2 closures, debris on the roadway, and the expanded scope of the project. Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman introduced the Panel and opened the floor for questions and comments.
