Chairman Mike McGehee called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES: The Chairman asked for a motion to be made to accept the minutes of.
February 7, 2013 meeting. Marcia Brown made the motion to accept the minutes and Beverly Leake seconded

WELCO:∎t E VISITORS: Chairman Mike McGehee welcomed all of the visitors to the meeting.
REPORT FROM THE LIBRARY ADMINISTRATOR:
Kate Lyon reviewed the library stats for February 2013.
Kate con,..tented on e-books updates she has received.
Masten t1rks: Beyond The Pale will be performing at 7pm on March 11th in the Meeting Room.
Alex Har.cy, not part of the Masterworks programs, will perform at the library on Friday, April 19111 at 7:00pm.
We are tai :iug resery ations.
Library b;,ciitory is complete. We only had .6 of 1% items missing. That is a total of 47 items. The Auditor
for the city was very pleased with the results.
National Library Week is April 15th through April 20t". We have promotional items to give away during the
week, our Edible Book Contest will be on April 17th, and Alex Harvey will wrap up the week with his
concert o., Friday, April 19th
Arbor DcI/c is the end of April. The Youth Department will have a table in Kids Zone.
The library will be closed Easter weekend.
Election .:cpresentatives to Euless Library Foundation: Barney Snitz and Marcia Brown were nominated
and the bu),Arll unanimously elected them as the 2013 Representatives to the Euless Library Foundation.

1. i,like .JcGehce reports that the Euless Library Foundation is checking into options for the next art
project for the library.
2. Barney Snitz reminded the board of the upcoming elections for the City.

The Chairman asked for a motion to adjourn. The motion was made by Beverly Leake and seconded by
Betty Fuller. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
