CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor
Mary Lib Saleh at 3:45 p. m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, in the Mayors Conference
Room in City Hall, 201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tem Perry Bynum, Council Members Tim
Stinneford, Leon Hogg, and Linda Martin.
Pursuant to Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code, two members of the City
Council constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.

City Secretary Kim Sutter
Assistant to the City Secretary Holly Houston
ITEM NO. 1 CANVASSED THE RETURNS AND DECLARED THE
RESULTS OF THE MAY 11, 2013, CITY COUNCIL GENERAL
ELECTION
City Secretary Kim Sutter presented the results of the May 11, 2013, City Council
General Election:
TOTAL PERCENTAGE
Place 1 Tim Stinneford 1356 59.03%
Bruce German 941 40.97%
Place 3 Darl Easton 898 39.18%
Linda Martin 1394 60.82%
TOTAL BALLOTS CAST: 2,356
Council Member Leon Hogg motioned to canvass the returns and declare the results
of the May 11, 2013, City Council General Election as presented.
Mayor Pro Tern Perry Bynum seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Bynum, Council Members Stinneford,
Hogg, and Martin

Nays: None
Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 2 CANVASSED THE RETURNS AND DECLARED THE
RESULTS OF THE MAY 11, 2013, CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL
ELECTION
City Secretary Kim Sutter presented the results of the May 11, 2013, City Council
Special Election:
TOTAL PERCENTAGE
Place 4 Warren Wilson 933 40.55%
Linda Eilenfeldt 1368 59.45%
TOTAL BALLOTS CAST: 2,356
Council Member Leon Hogg motioned to canvass the returns and declare the results
of the May 11, 2013, City Council Special Election as presented.
Mayor Pro Tern Bynum seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Bynum, Council Members Stinneford,
Hogg, and Martin
Nays: None
Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 3 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:47 p.m.
