ITEM NO. 1 CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Mary
Lib Saleh at 6:01 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2013, in the Precouncil Room in City Hall,
201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh,
Mayor Pro Tem Leon Hogg, Council Members Tim Stinneford, Linda Eilenfeldt, and
Glenn Porterfield.
Council Members Perry Bynum and Linda Martin were not in attendance.
Others present included:
City Manager Gary McKamie
Deputy City Manager Loretta Getchell
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker
City Secretary Kim Sutter
Police Chief Mike Brown
Director of Planning and Economic Development Mike Collins
Director of Parks and Community Services Ray McDonald

Finance Director Janina Jewell
Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman
Interim Library Administrator Sherry McKnight
Fleet and Facility Administrator Kyle McAdams

ITEM NO. 2 ACCEPTED THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014 CRIME CONTROL
AND PREVENTION DISTRICT BUDGET
Mayor Saleh advised that the Crime Control and Prevention District Board Board met
earlier for the purpose of holding a public hearing and approving their Fiscal Year
2013-2014 budget.
Councilman Porterfield motioned to accept the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Crime Control and
Prevention District Budget.
Council Member Stinneford seconded the motion.

Ayes: Mayor Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Hogg, Council Members Stinneford,
Eilenfeldt, and Porterfield
Nays: None
Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 3 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
