Euless City Council
March 11, 1955
The City Council met in special session
at 7:00 p.m., March 11, 1955. Present were Mayor Pro Tern Ernest Millican,
Jr.; Councilmen A. E. Tillery, M. L. Anders, and J. S. Anderson.
This meeting was called for the specific
purpose of considering Ordinance No. 28 which was tabled at the previous
meeting on March 7, 1955• On March 8, 1955, each member of the Council
and the Mayor Pro -Tem were supplied a copy of the ordinance for further study
of its various provisions. As a result of this each one was well prepared
to render an opinion and on Motion by M. L. Anders and second by A. E.
Tillery, the ordinance was adopted by unanimous vote. This is known as a
building ordinance designed to regulate the size and construction of a I I
buildings within the city limits.
