Euless City Council
March 19, 1955
The City Council met in special session
at 1:30 p.m., March 19, 1955• Present were Mayor Pro -Tem Ernest Millican,
Jr.; Councilmen M. L. Anders, A. E. Tillery, and J. S. Anderson.
After proper study and discussion Ordinance
No. 32 was passed by unanimous vote. This was on motion by M. L. Anders
with second by A. E. Tillery. This ordinance provides for the creation of
a Planning and Zoning Commission. (Copy of Ordinance No. 32 on f i l e in Office
of City Secretary.)
Next Resolution No. 6 was passed by
unanimous vote. This resolution sets the date of April 11, 1955 for
public hearing on a comprehensive Zoning Ordinance which is being considered
by the Council, such public hearing to be held at the Euless Public School.

The meeting adjourned at 2:15 p.m.
