CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Harold Copher called the
meeting to order at 9:05 A. M. with the following members present:
Mrs. Willie Mae McCormick; Messrs. Darrel Benson, Harold Samuels, and
B i l l Dunn. (Absent: Mayor A. C. Krause)
Also present were City Manager C. J.
Griggs, City Secretary Vada Ferris, and City Attorney Bob McFarland.
VISITORS
Visitors present were members of the
C ivi I Service Cornmission - Messrs. W. J. Hyde, Frank Douglass, and
Jim McKinney.
Mayor Pro Tem Copher announced that
this meeting has been called to discuss personnel rules and regulations.
He declared the meeting adjourned at 9:08 A. M. and the members of
the Council and Civil Service Commission moved into the Conference
Room for discussion of personnel rules and regulations.
