EULESS ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY BOARD
December 16,2020
ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Euless Animal Shelter Advisory Board was called to order by
Director of Public Works and Engineering Hal Cranor at 11:34 A.M. via Zoom video
conference call.
The following members were in attendance:
City Council Member Eddie Price
Director of Public Works and Engineering Hal Cranor
Dr. Susan Read
Staff Members Present:
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker
Animal Control Supervisor Larry Atkinson
Animal Control Officer Jodan Shelton
Administrative Secretary Debbie Latour
Guests Present:
Steffanie Vela - Trinity GAP
ITEM 2 . REVIEW & APPROVE MEETING MINUTES FROM SEPTEMBER 12, 20'18
Director Cranor asked if there were any comments or questions regarding the minutes of
September 16,2020. With no questions or comments, the minutes were accepted as
written.
ITEM 3 - UPDATE ON GAP
Ms.Vela reported that GAP participated in North Texas Giving Dan on September 17th
and were able to raise $1 1,643. The also held a "Photo with Santa" event and were able
to raise an additional$525. This is in addition to the individualfund raisers held throughout
the year to meet the special needs of specific dogs.
ITEM 4. QUARTERLY REPORT
Composite of quarterly calls for service were distributed along with case statistics per
species. Director Cranor asked if there were any questions or comments pertaining to the
distributed reports. No questions or comments were indicated.

ITEM 5 - SHELTER / FACILITY UPDATE
ACO Supervisor Atkinson reported that the new fence installed in the dog run area is
working very well.
ITEM 6 - QUESTIONS / COMMENTS
Tentative dates for 2021were selected. Director Cranor asked if there were any further
questions or comments pertaining to the meeting. No questions were indicated.
ITEM 7 - ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 11:43 A.M.
