Parks and Leisure Services Board
March 01, 2021
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Parks and Leisure Services Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m.. On
Monday, March, 01, 2021, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall building by Chairman
Jones. Other Board Members present: John Raab, Isha Sharma, Magen Brown, Steve Doty, Roger
Sickler.
Staff members present: Director of Parks and Community Services Ray McDonald, Park
Superintendent Ryan Turner, Controller Jordan Peterson, and Administrative Secretary Jodie
Dunn.
Visitors present: None
INVOCATION
Roger Sickler gave the invocation.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chairman Randy Jones asked if there were any additions or corrections to the minutes from the
February 01, 2021 regular meeting. Steve Doty made the motion to approve the minutes as
presented and was seconded by John Raab. The vote was unanimous.

IV. Business of the Tree Board
Tree Board Vice Chairman Roger Sickler reported the following for February 2021:
a. Total man hours for February 1-28. 2021
• 239 Horticulture
• 58 Forestry
• 50 Greenhouse
• 0 Special Projects
• 24 Training
➢ Trimmed trees at McCormick west in drainage ditches and park
➢ Trimmed Pecans on Mid Cities Trail
➢ Trimmed trees on Pipeline Rd.
➢ Due to loss of power at greenhouse — saplings were damaged

Chairman Jones thanked the staff for their reports.
