CALL TO ORDER
No. 72 -1
The called meeting of the Euless City
Council was called into executive session at 6:05 P. M. by Mayor
Harold Samuels. Members present were Mrs. W i l l i e Mae McCormick, Messrs.
Charles Hunt, Glenn Walker, and Ray Ozebek. (Absent was Mr. Robert Pippin.)
Also present were City Manager W. M.
Sustaire, City Secretary Della Houy, and City Attorney James Cribbs.
Mayor Samuels stated the meeting was
called into executive session to discuss pending litigation and speci-
fically Ordinance No, 512.
Mayor Samuels called the meeting into
open session at 7:05 P. M. in the Council Chambers,

APPROVING OUR 1976
TAX ROLL
Mr. Ozebek moved to suspend the require-
ment for two separate ordinance readings and approve Ordinance No. 512
on first and final reading, approving the 1976 tax roll except those
properties subject to law suits and set the tax rate at $.94 per $100.00
evaluation with $.72 for operation and maintenance and $.22 for debt
service, that taxes w i l l be due and payable on October 1, 1976 and become
delinquent on February 1, 1977.
Mrs. McCormick seconded the motion and
the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Mr. Ozebek, Mrs. McCormick, Messrs, Hunt, and Walker
Nays: None
Mayor Samuels declared the motion carried.
DISCUSSION WITH
GRAPEVINE
Mr. Walker moved to direct the City
Manager to enter into discussion with Grapevine for leasing the well
on North Main Street.

Mr. Hunt seconded the motion and the
vote i s as follows:
Ayes: Messrs. Walker, Hunt, Ozebek, and Mrs. McCormick
Nays: None
Mayor Samue s declared the motion carried,

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P. M.
