Special Session of the Board of Adjustment September 10, 1964
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order follow..
ing the regular meeting of the Board. Members in attendance were Walter
Hicks, Robert Baker, Paul Gates, Herschel Morgan and E. H. Massey.
Also present were Jack Bullard, City In-
spector and Sandra Baker,
NEW BUSINESS
Case No, 2 - John Markham -Walter Hicks
made a motion to set a Public Hearing date for October 14, 1964. The
motion was seconded by E. H. Massey. The motion carried unanimously.
The following stipulations were requested by the Board:
1. No storage in or around the property at 3000 West Euless Blvd or
2908 West Euless Blvd.
2. One sign to be allowed not larger than 3 x 6•
3. House at 300 West Euless Blvd. will be used oriented for office
space only.
4. A time limit was set for one year (1) on each address: 2908 West
Euless Blvd. and 3000 West Euless Blvd.
Case No. 3 -- Moran Por.table Bidgs.
Bob Baker made a motion to set a uPublic eating or tober 14, 1964.
E. H. Massey seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The
following stipulations were requested by the Board:
1, No outside display will be permitted of household furnishings or fur-
niture.
2, There shall be no sight restriction on Highway 183 or Pipeline Rd,
by placement of merchandise or other obstruction.
3. Off-street parking must be provided.
4. Premises must be kept clean and neat at all times.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Herschel Morgan
to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Herger Massey. The
motion passed unanimously.
