CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Adjustment met at the City
Hall at 7:30 p.m. Board members present were Robert Baker, Paul Gates, Herschel
Morgan and E. H. Massey. Not present, Walter Hicks.
Also present, Jack Bullard, City Inspector.
Visitors present were: Leo Houchins, Fred
Connell, O.D. McMullin, W. E. Sebastian, Mrs. Ruthie Markham.
NEW BUSINESS
Case No. 4 - Leo Houchins - request for
trailer house at 3103 West Euless Blvd.
OLD BUSINESS
Case No. 2 - Public Hearing - John Markham
requst for business in the home at 2908 West Euless Blvd. and request for rental
of building at 3000 West Euless Blvd. for office or the equivalent. Mr. Markham
to be notified within five days of the decision of the Board.
Case No. 3 - Public Hearing - Roger Connel -
request for portable building at Highway 183 and Pipeline Rd. Mrs. O.D. McMullin
appeared as an opponent of the request, stating it was a detriment to the value of
his adjoining property.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by general consent
of the members.

Special Session of the Board of Adjustment October 14, 1964
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order following
the regular meeting of the Beard. Members in attendance were Robert Baker, Paul
Gates, Herschel Morgan, E. H. Massey. Not present, Walter Hicks.
Also present, Jack Bullard, City Inspector,
NEW BUSINESS
Case No. 4 - Leo Houchins - request for
trailer house at 3103 West Euless Blvd, Robert Baker made a motion to set a public
hearing date for November 4, 1964. The motion was seconded by Herger Massey. The

OLD BUSINESS
Case No.2 - John Markham - Herschel Morgan
made a motion to grant a permit for a perior of one year for a business in the
home at 2908 West Euless Blvd, and office space at 3000 West Euless Blvd. Herger
Massey seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Herger Massey made a motion to accept the
four stipulations (Minutes, September 10, 1964) of Case No, 2. The motion was seconded
by Herschel Morgan. The motion passed unanimously.
Case No. 3 - Public Hearing - Roger Connell
A motion was made by Herger Massey and seconded by Herschel Morgan to issue a permit
for a portable bui Ling at Highway 183 and Pipeline Rd. (West) for a period of one
year with the following stipulations: (Pour stipulations, Minutes, September 10,
1964) and the following:
#5 add and provide regular removal of trash and debris.
#6 all stipulations will be complied with or permit can be revoked and building
removed by order of the City Inspector
#7 buildings must be 60 feet from center of Westbound driving lane on Highway 183.
OTHER BUSINESS
Herger Massey made a motion to elect
Robert Baker as secretary of the Board of Adjustment. Herschel Morgan seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously. Sandra Kaye Baker was elected corresponding
secretary by acclamation.
ADJOURNMENT
Robert Baker made a motion to adjourn the
meeting. The motion was seconded by Herger Massey. The motion carried unanimously.
