REGULAR MEETING
of the
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
November 11, 1964
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Board of
Asjustment was called to order by the Chairman, Paul Gates at 8:15 p.m.
Members in attendance were: Robert Baker, Herger Massey, Walter Hicks.
Not present, Herschel Morgan.
Also present, Jack Bullard, City In-
spector.
2. PRESENTATION OF MINUTES
The minutes of the previous meeting
were read by the secretary. The minutes were corrected as follows:
under NEW BUSINESS - Robert Baker made a motion to set a public hearing
date for November 4, 1964 be changed to read - Robert Baker made a motion
to set a public hearing for November 11, 1964.
3. OLD BUSINESS
A. Public Hearing - Case #4 Leo Houchins - requst for trailer house
at 3103 West Euless Blvd. There were no proponents or opponents
present at the hearing.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. Lee Strickland - Case #5 - request for Used Car Lot on Tract 111,
Abstract 711, J. P. Belford Survey. There were no proponents or
opponents present at the meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by general
consent of the members.

SPECIAL SESSION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
November 11, 1964
CALL TO ORDER
The executive meeting of the Board
of Adjustment was called to order following the regular meeting. Members in
attendance were Paul Gates, Herger Massey, Robert Baker, Walter Hicks. Not
present, Herschel Morgan.
Also present, Jack Bullard, City In-
spector.
OLD BUSINESS
A. Public Hearing - Case #4 -Leo Houchins - request for trailer house at
3103 West Euless Blvd. Walter Hicks made a motion to disapprove the
request for trailer house at 3103 West Euless Blvd. The motion was
seconded by Herger Massey. The motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Life Strickland - Case #5 - request for Used Car Lot on Tract 111, Ab-
stract 711, J. P. Raiford Survey. Herger Massey made a motion to set
a Public Hearing date for December 9, 1964. The motion was seconded
by Robert Baker. The motion carried unanimously.
The Board of Adjustment requested a ruling from the City Council for
a Used Car Lot as called for in Planning & Zoning Ordinance #33, Sec-
tion 15, Paragraph 35, Page 21, as requested by Lee Strickland, before
the next regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment on December 9, 1964.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by general
consent of the members.
