REGULAR MEETING
of the
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
March 10, 1965
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Board of
Adjustment was called to order by the chairman at 7:30 p.m. Members present
were Messrs. Walter Hicks, Herger Massey, Herschel Morgan and Robert Baker.
Also present, sack Bullard, City In-
spector.
PRESENTATION OF MINUTES
The minutes were read and approved.
OLD BUSINESS
A. Public Hearing - Case No. 7 - Herger Massey - Request for addition to
building at 414 West Euless Blvd. There were no opponents to the re-
quest.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Resolution setting Public Hearing for Richard J. Thomes for April 14,
1965. (Resolution No. 7.) Walter Hicks made a motion to set a Public
Hearing. The motion was seconed by Herger Massey. The motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by general
consent of the members.

EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE BOARD OF ADUSTMENT March 10, 1965

The executive session of the Board of Ad-
justment was called to order by the chairman. Members in attendance were Messrs.
Walter Hicks, Herger Massey, Herschel Morgan and Robert Baker.
Also present, sack Bullard, City Inspector.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Public Hearing - Case No. 7 - Herger Massey, Request for addition to
building at 414 West Euless Blvd. Walter Hicks made a motion to approve
the request. The motion was seconed by Bob Baker. The motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by general con-
sent of the members at 8:20 p.m.
