Regular Meeting
of the
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
November 10, 1965
CALL TO ORDER I.
The regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment was called to
order by Walter Hicks in the absence of the chairman, Paul Gates.
The following members were in attendance: Messrs. Bob Bake;,
Don McNeil and Glen Walker.
Also present, Jack M. Bullard, City Inspecbbr.
PRESENTATION OF MINUTES II.
The minutes of the called meeting, dated May 26, 1965 were approved
as read.
ADJOURNMENT III.
The meeting was adjourned by general consent of the members.
EXECUTIVE SESSION IV.
The Executive Session was called to order.
NEW BUSINESS V.
A. Mr. John Markham - request for renewx1 of permit at 2908
West Euless Blvd. and 3000 West Euless Blvd., business in
the home and a rest house. After discussion, Don McNeil
made a motion to renew the permit; motion was seconded by
Glen Walker; motion passed unanimously with vote as follows:

aye McNeil
aye Hicks
nay None
The chairman declared the motion carried.
The stipulations as set forth in the minutes, dated September
9, 1964 to govern the permit.
ADJOURNMENT VI.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m. by general consent of the
members.
