December 8, 1965
CALL TO ORDER I,
The regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment was Cslled to
order by the Chairman, Paul Gates,
- The following members were in-attendance: Measre. Don McNeil,
Walter Hicks sod Glenn Walker,
Also present, Jack Bullard, City Inspector,
PRESENTATION OF MINUTES II.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were 'approved as read.
NEW BUSINESS III.
A. Mrs, Helen Davis - Request for Beauty Shop in the Rome at 708 Faun
Drive •. Beard of Adjustment Case No, 8
Mrs. Davis was requested to state uer reasons for and plans to operate
a Beauty Shop in the home at 708 Faun Drive.
Mrs, Davis stated she would have a one chair dryer and planned to
operate the shop from 1:00 to 11:00 p.m, on Thursday, Friday and
Saturday of each week.
ADJOURNMENT IV,
The meeting was sdjoured by general consent of the members.
EXECUTIVE SESSION V.
A general discussion of the applicant's request for an exemption to
Soning Ordinance No, 33 Cloning Ordinance of the City of Euless)
followed,
A motion was mode by Walter Hicks to deny the request motion seeendad
by Glenn Walker; motion passed unanimously with the vote aj follows:
aye Hicks
aye McNeil
aye Walker
aye Gates
The chairman declared the motion carry.ed.
ADJOURNMENT VI,
The meeting adjourned at 8120 p.m, by general consent of the members,
