Regular Meeting
of the
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
February 9, 1966
CALL TO ORDER I.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Paul Gates,
at 7:45 p.m.
The following sembers were present; Messrs. Walter Hicks,
Don McNeil and Glenn Walker.
Also present, Jack Bullard, City Inspector.
Visitors present, Messrs. Charles M. Hunt, Edward Jannisic and
Harold Davis.
PRESENTATION OF MINUTES II.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
NEW BUSINESS III.
Mr. Bullard was requested to explain the City's position
on Mr. Charles Hunt's request.
Mr. Hunt was asked to explain his views and=what his intentions
are. Mr. Hunt stated he wished a permit to construct a house.
Motion made by Walter Hicks to adjourn; seconded by Glenn Walker.
Adjournment was by general consent of the membership at 8:30 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION IV.
The executive session was called to order lit 8:30 p.m.
Motion made by Glenn Walker and seconded by Walter Hicks to
refuse the request. Motion voted on as follows: ayes - Hicks, Gates, McNeil
and Walker. Nays - none. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT V.
Adjournment was made by general consent of the members.
