BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
MINUTES
APRIL 6, 1967
Meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. Members present were:
Glenn Walker, Henry Uselton, Dick Leggett, Don McNeil and Jack Bullard,
City Inspector.
Minutes read and motion made by Don McNeil and seconded by
Dick Leggett to accept minutes as read.
Public Hearing was adjourned by unanimous vote of the board
as there were no dissenters present nor Mrs. Clevenger to present her
case.
Meeting was adjourned by unanimous vote of the board.
Executive session was called to order.
A motion was made by Don McNeil and seconded by Henry Uselton
that request be granted with the stipulation that Mrs. Clevenger obtain
a state permit and not make any addition to the existing building for
nursery purposes. The vote was unanimous.
Meeting adjourned.
