Zoning Board of Adjustment
August 28, 1969
On August 28, 1969, at 6: 15 P. M. , the
Zoning Board of Adjustment convened in the Council Chambers at Euless City
Hall , with Chairman Henry Uselton, presiding. Members present were: Messrs.
Bob Baker, Robert Noonan and Bob Jones. Absent: Mr. Glenn Walker.
A1•so present were City Manager C. J.
Griggs, City Attorney James Cribbs, City Secretary Vada Ferris and City
Building inspector Jack Bullard.
Petitioners present were: Mr. and Mrs.
Doyle Winters and Mr. Walter 0°Dub" Elliott.
City Attorney Cribbs informed the Board
that Mr. Winters is planning to build a Mobile Homes Park on Pipeline Road,

p rkiin5, ohfh is a deviation From the Zoning Ordinance. Therefore, Mr.
Winters has requested this hearing.
Mr. Winters stated that he requests the
BcauM ' consideration to waive the Ordinance, and permit off. street parking
3t the mobile homes park, which would leave the street and fire lane open --
and make the park safer.
Members of the Board reviewed the plat
submitted by Messrs. Winters and Elliott and made several inquiries.
Mr. Bob Baker made the motion to approve
Mr. Winters ' request and permit off-street parking at the mobile homes park, as
indicated on the plat.
Mr. Noonan seconded the motion and the
vote is as follows:
Ayes: Messrs. Bob Baker, Robert Noonan, Bob Jones and Henry
Uselton.
Nays: None
Chairman Uselton declared the motion carried.
Mr. Winters thanked the Board for
their consideration.
The meeting adjourned at 6:40 P. M.
