Members present were: Bert Heyl, Henry Uselton, Frank Douglass, Alter Horton and Ed Smith, Visitors present were: E. 19. Proctor, Bobby P., Puller, Mr. & Mrs. Cy L. J, Reaves, David CA Moak, Mrs. Leon Sheppard, Mrs. Neal Morris, Mr, Neal Morris, Leon Sheppard and Jack M, Bullard, I. Preliminary plat of Trailwood Addition was submitted by Mr. Proctor for approval. A motion by Bert Heyl was seconded and carried to approve the pre- liminary plat of Trailwood Addition, II. Public Hearing on Zoning Case #118, Mr. B, J. Reaves presented a request for re-zoning lots 10, 11 and 12 of Block 3, and lots 6 thru 14, of Block 5, Bell Hi Addition from single family dwelling to multiple family dwelling. The majority of persons present would be in favor of commercial zoning but did not want duplexes. The Commission unanimously agreed to postpone a judgement on zoning case #118 until a public hearing can be set to consider strip zoning on the following described property, per metes and bounds: Metes and bounds for strip zoning - Bell Hi Addition BEGINNING at a point in the Southeast corner of Raider Dr. & Pipeline Rd. THENCE East along South right-of-way line of Pipeline Rd. for 381 feet; THENCE South 687 feet to a corner stake; THENCE West 125 feet to a corner stake; THENCE South 508.5 feet toss corner stake; THENCE East 125 feet to a corner stake; THENCE South 101.5 feet to a corner stake; THENCE East 382 feet to corner stake; THENCE South 38 feet to the north line of the 300ft. of Hiway 183 already zoned commercial; THENCE- West by South along the north line of 300 ft.'strip already zoned commercial for 812 ft. to the corner of 300 ft. strip toning of Hi-way 183 and Raider Drive; THENCE North along east side of right-of-way of Raider Drive for 1695 feet to the point of beginning in the southeast corner of Raider Drive and Pipeline Road. change in zoning proposal from "A" Residential to "C" Commercial. Hearing to be April 7, 1964. III Consideration was given a revised plat in Bell Hi Addition, being lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block 3, and lots 6 thru that pending the City Engineers app roval as presented, The motion was seconded and carried. IV. Henry Uselton moved that subject to the City Engineers approval the revision iliorof lots 10 thru 18 and lots 41 thru 46 of Block 3, lots 21 thru 40 of Block 2, and lots 2 thru 9 of Block 8, of Green Hills Park, second installment be approved. The motion was seconded and carried. V. • Mr. John Sawtelle presented a request for re-zoning in the Kitty House Survey, Abst. #678, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, plat amended March 2, 1964 to show area for zoning change. Alter Horton made the motion that a public hearing be set for April 7, 1964 for the purpose of considering rezoning as stated in Zoning Case #122, from "A" Residential-Single Family Dwelling to "A-2" Residential-Multiple Family Dwelling.
