A Regular Meeting of the City of Euless Planning & Zoning Commission.
Members present: Frank Douglass, Ed Smith, Bert Heyl, Alter Horton and
r Henry Uselton.
Visitors presents Jim Davies, City Engineer, Lee Cowell, City Manager,
W. L. Byers, B. J. Reaves and Bobby G. Reaves.
The meeting was called to order by Frank Douglass, Chairman. The minutes
of the previous meeting were read and approved.
1.
Zoning Case #119 was presented by Mr W.L. Byers. Zoning Case #119 was
tabled until the next regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
2.
Zoning Case #118 was presented by B. J. Reaves. A motion was made by
Bd Smith that a public hearing be called for March 3, 1964, to consider a
change in zoning, from A-Single Family Dwelling, to A-2, Multiple Family
Dwelling, on a resubdivision of Tract A, Block 3, and Tract B, Block 5,
Bell-,Hi Addition to the City of Euless, Texas. After a second the motion
carried unanimously.

The City Manager reviewed, according to the City Charter, the aspects of
and duties of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 o'clock.
