A Regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Members present were: Frank Douglass, Henry Uselton, Bert Heyl stip. Ed Smith, Also present was Dr. Roy F. Braswell.
The meeting was called to order by Frank Douglass, Chairman.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

After discussing zoning case #114, Dr, Roy F. Braswell property, a
motion was made by Bert Heyl and seconded by Henry Uselton that zoning case
#114 be approved, changing said property from residential to commercial.
The motion carried unanimously'.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 P.M., reopened at 8:00 P.M. after
aim Davies arrived and:
Reviewed new Zoning Ordinance from page 10 through article 12 on
page 15,
Adjourned again at 9:00 P.M.
