A regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas
met on Tuesday, April 10, 1962. Those present were: Warren Fuller, J.A. Horton,
Henry Uselton and Frank Douglass.
Mayor Anderson appointed Warren Fuller as Chairman of the Planning &
Zoning Commission. Frank Douglass was appointed as Secretary.
Visitors were Mr. Wm. Douglass and Bill Pasteur.
Motion made by Frank Douglass that: the five foot on the west side of
Wilshire Drive owned by Wilshire Village, if given to the City of Buiess,
the revised plat of Oakwood Terrace North will be approved to allow the
Oakwood Terrace North Developer to extend and pave Sagebrush Drive eastward
to connect with Wilshire Drive.
Seconded by Henry J. Uselton, Jr.
Approved by unanimous vote.
• Motion by Henry Uselton that the regular meeting of the Planning &
Zoning Commission be held the first Tuesday of each month, 7:30 P.M. at
the City Hall.
Seconded by J.A. Horton.
Approved by unanimous vote.
