A Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Members present were: Frank Douglass, Alter Horton, Bert Heyl, Henry
Uselton, Jr., and City Engineer, Jim Davies. c:md 1 Jcuarcd A . ,1411 Z.
Visitors present were: Warren Fuller, John C. Gibson, Elmer Bray and
Jim Wimbish.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
1.
Motion by Bert Heyl, second by Alter Horton that a Public Hearing be
set for December 17, 1963 on the rezoning request of W.W. Fuller. This request
is for the zoning designation on 1,896 acres of land out of the J.P. Halford
Survey, (on North Main Street) be changed from Residential to Local Business.
Vote in favor was unanimous.

Motion by Bert Heyl, second by Alter Horton that a Public Hearing be
set for December 17, 1963 on the rezoning request of Tri-Cities Dev. Corp.
This request if for the zoning designation on part of Tract "A", Block 16,
Oakwood Terrace North, 1st Filing, be changed from Residential to Commercial,
Vote in favor was unanimous.

The drainage study on the north half of Block J, Uncle Johns Ranchettes,
is not complete. This is to come up at the next meeting on December 3, 1963.

Motion by Alter Horton, second by Bert Heyi to approve the plat of lots
1R thru 11R, Block 3, Wilshire Village, as presented. Vote in favor was
unanimous.

The Commission read and discussed the new zoning Ordinance from Section
8.03, Side Yards, through page 12 of Section 8.05, Vehicle Parking Space.
