A Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Members present were: Alter Horton, E.A. Smith, Bert Heyl, Henry Uselton,
"441, Frank Douglass, Chairman and Jim Davies, City Engineer.
The meeting was called to order by Frank Douglass, Chairman. The minutes
of the previous meeting of October 15, 1963 were read and approved.
1.
FRED TUCKER PROPERTY:
A motion was made by Ed Smith and seconded by Alter Horton that owing to
the fact that the Tucker plat still does not comply with Ordinance # 147 that
no further consideration be given said plat. The motion carried unanimously.
2.
"UNCLE JOHN'S RANCHETTE"
Mr, John Townsend was present representing The Brown Organization,
concerning "Uncle John's Ranchette" Addition plat. Jim Davis advised that
there may be a drainage problem on plat of said Addition. A motion was made
by Ed Smith that a topographical map with 2' intervals in the area of the
err► north half of Block J and southwest quarter of the tract be presented to
the commission and further more additional information as set forth in Ord.
# 148 concerning drainage be presented before said plat is recommended for
approval. Henry Uselton seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
Mr. John F. Townsend requested a letter from the city stating specifically
the business carried on this night in order to have written record in his
office. (2711 Inwood Rd., Dallas, Texas.)

The Commission read and discussed the new Zoning Ordinance from
Section 3.09 "M I" Light Manufacturing Districts through Section 8.02
Rear Yards.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
