Regular Meeting of Euless Planning & Zoning Commission.
Members present: Frank Douglass, Ed Smith, Alter Horton and Bert Hyle.
Meeting was called to order by Frank Douglass, and the minutes of previous
meeting were read by Ed Smith and approved as read.

Herman Smith presented a request for rezoning. There were no persons present
for the public hearing except Herman Smith and John W. Speight.
Motion by Bert Hyle, second by Alter Horton approving and adopting Resolution
#17, recommending this Boards approval to the City Council, to rezone Lots 1 thru
12, Block 3, Wilshire Village Addition, Section 5, to the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas from "A" Single Family Dwelling, to "A-2" Two Family Dwellings,
as according to plat of same dated 8-7-63. Vote in favor was unanimous.
The Commission read and discussed the first five pages of the new zoning
ordinance. There will be a called meeting Wednesday, October 9, 1963, at 7:00
P.M. to consider the ordinance further.
Meeting was adjourned.
