A Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Members present: Frank Douglass, Alter Horton and Edward Smith.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Frank Douglass.
Items #1 & #2 on the Agenda had no representatives present and no
action was taken.

Tex Jones, Warren Fuller, J.B. Whitener and Bill Brown were present
for the public hearing on change of zoning designation request for the J.B.
Whitener property':
A motion was made by Alter Horton and seconded by Edward Smith that the
Commission adopt Resolution #16, recommending to the City Council that the
rezoning request, Case #108 be approved. The change in designation to be from
residential to light commercial (local business, apartments and/or duplexes.)
The Commission recommended further to the Council that a time limit be set on
Ilir this zoning pending. the start of development of said property. Motion carried
unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned.
