Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
I.
Mr, Philip McGahey and Mr. John Ball appeared representing the Fred Tucker
properties in request of rezoning from residential to local business, (Shopping
venter and Apartments). After discussion by all parties concerned, a motion was
made by B.H. Smith and seconded by Bert Meyl that resolution # 14 be passed
recommending approval to the City Council of the above request, provided that
permits for proposed buildings be applied for within 24 calendar months from
this date. In the event permits are not applied for in this timeyear period,
property will revert back to residential zoning. Motion passed by unanimous vote.

II.
The Board asked that the City Attorney and City Engineer be present at
nest meeting to discuss the proposed Zoning Ordinance.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
