A Special Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Members present: Chairman Frank Douglass, Ed Smith, Henry Uselton, and
torAlter Horton.

Consideration of access to apartments off Wilshire Drive (Sagebrush
Trail extention).
A motion was made by Ed Smith that because of the unfavorable
intersection that nothing further be approved without an overall plat
of the area. There was np second.
A motion was made by Henry Uselton that even though the intersection
situation was unsatisfactory, that the board recommend approval of this
access to the apartments (Sagebrush Trail) with the addition of a 25 ft.
radius on the north corner of the street at Wilshire Drive - and, further,
that we recommend no more building permits be issued in said area until
an overall plat is presented to this board of the area, and, further,
that Crowe Drive be closed as a street. The motion was seconded by Alter
Horton. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
