A Regular Meeting of the City Planning & Zoning Board.
Members present: Chairman Frank Douglass, J.A. Horton, Bert Heyl,
Henry Uselton, Jr, and B.H. Smith.
Also present: W.F. Condron, Jr., Jim Davies, Herman Smith, J.R.
Dunnaway and John W. Speight.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
I.
Herman Smith and J.R. Dunaway appeared requesting approval of a plat of
Wilshire Village, Section 5, of blocks 3 and 14, Lots 1 thru 5, Block 13, and
Lots 12 thru 16, Block 15 in the Terrell Jasper Survey. Motion by Ed Smith,
second by J.A. Horton, that the plat be approved subject to changing Sierra
Drive north of Kynette Drive by moving Sierra Drive 75 feet (75') east.
Vote in favor was unanimous.
II.
John W. Speight presented plans for proposed duplexes having 2500 square
feet living space for two families. Permission was granted by the Board to
initiate rezoning procedure for Lots 1 thru 12 Block 3, Section 5, Wilshire
Nir Village.
III.
Application was made by Herman Smith and J.R. Dunaway for first filing
of Sagebrush Trail to be extended east from Wilshire Drive. No action was
taken by the Board pending drainage and turn-around studies.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
