A Regular Meeting of the City Planning & Zoning Board.
Present were: Chairman Frank Douglass, J.*. Horton, Bert Hey' and Ed Smith.
Also jresent were, W.F. Condron, Jim Davies, Mr. Potter, Mr, Pasteur, Mr. & Mrs.
Harrison, and Mr. & Mrs. Lucas.

A report was heard by the Board from Bert Hely and J.A. Horton regarding
the Regional Airport Zoning Board and Commission. It was stated that the zoning
would involve 33,000 around the airport, including all of Euless, and would
concern height limitations. The remaining Board members asked that they be
notified of the nest regular meeting of the Airport Zoning Board.

A proposed subdivision plan was submitted by Mr. Potter, located in the
T.A. Cash Survey # 280. The Board tabled the proposal pending additional
information as outlined in Ordinance p 147.

Mr. Harrison appeased requesting a building permit for a filling station
to be located at S.H. #183 and Rader Drive. On motion by Smith, seconded by
Heyl, the Board agreed unanimously to approve application pending approval
of 25' set back off of Rader Drive (Arlington-Bedford Road), submission of a
topographical with drainage to be approved by City Engineer, and general
compliance to Master plan.

Mr. Pasteur of Tri-Cities appeared requesting replatting of Lots 18 thru
31, Block 16, Oakwood Terrace North, 1st filing, (as recorded in Vol. 388-31,
page 73, D.R.T.C., Texas). A copy of which is attached. Motion by Heyl, second-
ed by Horton, unanimously approved.

Copies of a plat of J.P.Halford Survey were presented to the Planning &
Zoning Board. Comments were made pertaining to the advance planning of the area.
6.
A progress report was given by the City Engineer regarding a proposed
-mooning map.
