Ciftly A Regular meeting of the City Planning & Zoning Commission.
Present were: Warren Fuller, Ed. Smith, Henry Uselton, Jr., J.A. Horton
and Frank Douglass.

Motion by Mr. Uselton, second by Mr. Smith adopting Resolution # 11, calling
a Public Hearing for May 7, 1963, on the re-zoning request of Mr. Philip McGahey.
This request is asking that tracts A, B, C, D, E, J.P. Milford Survey, Abst. 711,
have the zoning designation changdd from Residential to Apartments and Commercial.
Vote in favor was unanimous,

Motion by Mr. Douglass, second by Mr. Horton approving plat of Lot 1, Bik. 45,
Midway Park Addition with the requirements of 35' building line on Bctor Drive to
allow for widening of street. Vote in favor was unanimous.

4411" Motion by Mr. Douglass, second by Mr. Uselton adopting Resolution # 12, calling
a Public Hearing for May 7, 1963, on the re-zoning request of Mr. Paul Huffhines.
This request is asking that 4.29 acres out of the J.W. Haynes Survey, Abst. 768,
have the zoning designation changed from Residential to Commercial. Vote in favor
was unanimous.
