A Regular Meeting of the Euless, Texas, Planning & Zoning Commission.
Present Were: Warren Fuller, Henry Uselton, Jr., J.A. Horton and
Frank Douglass.
1.
Motion by Mr. Douglass, second by Mr. Uselton recommending approval of
Preliminary Plat, 2nd filing, of Oakwood Terrace North, as presented by Mr.
Bill Pasteur. Vote in favor was unanimous.
2.
Motion by Mr, Uselton, second by Mr. Horton recommending approval of
plats of Wilshire Village, Sections 3 and 4, as presented by Mr. Herman Smith,
with stipulation that either a 60' R.O.W., with 44' of paving be provided on
Kynette and Signet Streets around school site, or an extra lane for parking,
loading and unloading. Vote in favor was unanimous.
3.
Motion by Mr, Horton, second by Mr. Douglass recommending approval of
‘411, plat of Green Hills Park #2, as presented by Mr. John Ball, and in accordance
with original plat filing. Vote in favor was unanimous.
4.
Motion by Mr. Uselton, second by Mr. Horton approving Resolution # 10
Calling Public Hearing on April 16, 1963, for rezoning request of Jack Apwisch.
Property under consideration on plat showing part of S.W. Mills Tract, out of
A.J. Huitt Survey. Zoning Case # 105. Vote in favor was unanimous.
Minutes approved.
