A Regular Meeting of the City Planning & Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas.
Present were: Chairman Warren Fuller, Henry J. Uselton, Jr., J.A. Horton, and
Frank Douglass.
Mr. Paul Huffhines and Bob Harvey presented a preliminary plat of Morris-
dale Addition, 2nd Filing as to streets and drainage.

Motion by Mr. Uselton, second by Mr. Douglass that the Commission recommend
approval of preliminary plat of Morrisdale Addition, 2nd Filing, with plat
dedication showning additional 15' easement on each side of existing easement,
along natural drainage between Linkwood Drive and Hollow Oak Drive from Woodridge
Drive to Pebble Creek Drive. Plot plan showing drainage proposed for each lot to
be presented with request for building permit.
Additional easement to be in effect on low point of necessary drainage channel.
Refer to original letter of approval (written by W.A. Elliot) on Morrisdale
Estates. Vote in favor was unanimous.

Motion by Mr. Douglass, second by Mr. Horton that the Commission recommend
%by that street widths be 60' Roght-of-way with 44' paving on all sides of school
sites.
As regarding proposed site for High School in Midway Park - Harwood Road to
be 60' Right-of-way with an extra 10' parking land on school side. Ector Drive
to be 60' Right-of-way with 44' paving. Street on south side of school site to
be 60' Right-ofway with 44' paving, and secure 60' Right-of-way on west side of
site for future street. Vote in favor was unanimous.
