A Regular Meeting of the City of Euless Planning & Zoning Commission.
Present were Warren Fuller, Henry Uselton and Frank Douglass.
Presented to the Commission, a revised plat of 5' buffer strip in
Wilshire Village, releasing portions of said strip to Girbalter Builders,
as per letter to Mr. Herman Smith, and extending Sagebrush Trail eastward
to Wilshire Drive. Motion by Henry Uselton, second by Frank Douglass, re-
commending to the City Council that the revised plat be accepted and
approved. Vote in favor was unanimous.
