A Regular Meeting and Public Hearing before the City Planning & Zoning
Commission.
Present were Warren Fuller, J.A. Horton, Henry Uselton, Frank Douglass
and W.F. Condron.
Interested parties appearing for the Public Hearing were Mr. J.F. Smith
and Mr. & Mrs. Genske.
Meeting was opened with a prayer by Mr. Condron.
After considering request of Royce Wisenbaker for re-zoning property at
Highway 157 and Huffman Drive from Residential to Commercial, motion by Mr.
Douglass, second by Mr. Horton approving and adopting Resolution # 9, which
recommends to the City Council approval of this request. Vote in favor was
unanimous.
Motion by Mr. Uselton, second by Mr. Douglass approving revised plat of
intersection of Wilshire Drive and Highway # 183. Vote in favor was unanimous.
Minutes approved.
