A Called Public Hearing by the Planning & Zoning Commission on re-
zoning Ray Woods property and Rayford Young property.
Present were Warren Fuller, Frank Douglass, J.A. Horton, and Henry
Uselton, Jr.
Visitors and interested parties were Mayor Anderson, Mr. & Mrs. Genseke,
and Mrs. John Hart.
Motion by Mr. Douglass, second by Mr. Uselton adopting Resolution # 8,
recommending to the City Council approval of the re-zoning request of Ray
Woods, (See File on Zoning Case # 103). Vote in favor was unanimous.
Motion by Mr. Horton, second by Mr. Douglass adopting Resolution # 7,
recommending to the City Council approval of the re-zoning request of
Rayford Young, (See File on Zoning Case # 102). Vote in favor was unanimous.
