A Regular Meeting of the Euless, Texas, Planning & Zoning
Commission.
Present were Warren Fuller, Frank Douglass and J.A. Horton.
Commission considered request for rezoning of forty (40) acres
by Royce E. Wisenbaker for Tri-Cities Development Corporation, from
Residential to Industrial. Property is located at Huffman Drive and
Industrial Blvd., in the City of Euless, for legal description, see
Exhibit "A" attached to Petition in file for Zoning case # 104.
Motion by Mr. Douglass, second by Mr. Horton adopting resolution
# 6 calling a Public Hearing for the 6th day of November, 1962, at
7:30 P.M. on above described rezoning request. Vote in favor was
unanimous.
