r. A Regular Meeting of the Euless, Texas, Planning & Zoning Commission.
Present were Warren Fuller, J.A. Horton and Frank Douglass.
Motion by Mr. Horton, second by Mr. Fuller to adopt resolution no. 4
calling a Public Hearing, for October 5, 1962, to consider the petition of
Rayford Young on request to re-zone lots 2 and 3 of the Tommy Peters
Subdivision from District "A" to District "A-3". Vote in favor was
unanimous.
Motion by Mr. Horton, second by Mr. Douglass to adopt Resolution No.
5 calling a Public Hearing, for October 5, 1962, to consider the petition
of Mr. M.V. Latham, agent, on request to re-zone approximately 16 acres
out of the A.J. Huitt Survey belonging to Mr. Ray Woods, from District "A"
to District "A-3". Vote in favor was unanimous.
Minutes approved.
