Regular meeting of the Euless, Texas, Planning & Zoning Commission.
Present were: Warren Fuller, Ed Smith, Frank Douglass, J.A. Horton
and Henry Uselton,
Commission considered request by Tri-Cities Development Corp. to
remove utility easement on Lot 3 Block 3, Euless Gardens # 1. This is
an easement that concerns only Texas Power & Light Company, who have
given written permission for removal of this easement.
Motion by Ed Smith, second by Henry Uselton recommending removal of
this easement, pending receipt of letter. Vote in favor was unanimous.
Copy of letter attached to these minutes.
